Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged during shipping.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product is incomplete or missing essential parts.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Opened or used Electric Blackhead Removers
- Opened or used Period Cramp Relief Belts
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs
- Products without original packaging or proof of purchase
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Our support team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
4. Refund Process
As WeCare4U® operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, refunds cannot be issued to a payment card.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed through one of the following methods:
- Bank Transfer
- Easypaisa
- JazzCash
Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
5. Exchange Policy
If your product qualifies for an exchange due to damage, manufacturing defects, or receiving the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), WeCare4U® will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return if your order meets the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
