1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and serviceable areas across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

If your location falls outside a courier's service area, our customer support team will contact you to discuss available delivery options.

2. Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During promotional campaigns or peak shopping seasons, order processing may take slightly longer.
3. Order Confirmation

Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), our team may contact you by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to verify your order before dispatch.

Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or cancelled.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before you place your order.

From time to time, WeCare4U® may offer Free Shipping as part of special promotions or campaigns.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all eligible orders.

Please ensure that:

  • Someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
  • The full order amount is ready at the time of delivery.
  • Your contact number remains active so the courier can reach you if needed.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will typically make one or more delivery attempts.

An order may be returned to us if:

  • The customer is unavailable.
  • The provided address is incorrect or incomplete.
  • The customer refuses to accept the order.
  • The courier is unable to contact the customer.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (when available).

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment until delivery.

9. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier network issues
  • High order volumes
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

10. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Inspect the package before accepting it.
  • Take clear photos of any visible damage.
  • Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Our team will review the issue and assist you in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

11. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

WeCare4U® is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information provided during checkout.
